Deep Tissue Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Positional Release Technique, Muscle Energy Technique, Facilitated Stretching & Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation,  Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Moist Heat & Cold Therapy, Myoskeletal Techniques, Active Engagement and Myofascial work.  

Sessions may entail full body work or specific area treatments, depending on the client's need and soft tissue pain patterns.
